Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No, a contract will provide you with a
service for a guaranteed price for a specified
time period. If you're not sure how long you
will be in residence, etc..., then you can
choose a monthly billing on a per cut basis.
Q. Why should I sign a contract?
A. It will lock in your price, time period, work
performed, and guarantee that you will be on a
regular rotation, especially when things get
busy during the summer.
Q. How much do you charge?
A. It will depend on your particular property.
When you call us, we will be happy to stop by
and give you a free estimate.
Q. Do you clean up the property after a
hurricane?
A. Hurricane debris is the property owner's
responsibility. We would be happy to give you a
free estimate for the job?
Q. When will you resume work after a hurricane?
A. As soon as the property is clear of debris
and/or it is safe to proceed to your property.
Q. Do you cut down, remove or trim trees?
A. No, this is a separate license and separate
insurance to cover these activities.
Q. Can you trim my hedges?
A. Yes, we can give you a separate estimate to
do so.
Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes, through Collier County as a lawn
maintenance company
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we have a general liability limit of
$1,000,000.00
Q. Is Naples Lawn Service a corporation?
A. It is a subsidiary of Day Star Charters
Corporation. Naples Lawn Service is our
fictitious name,
Q. What forms of payment do you offer?
A. Cash or

Q. When is my bill due?
A. When services are rendered.
Q. Can I black out certain days of the week for
services or have you come at a particular time
period of the day?
A. Yes, we will try to be flexible with your
schedule and time of day.
Q. What are your typical hours of operation?
A. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -Friday Closed all
major holidays
Q. Who will be cutting my grass?
A. Kevin Bill, the owner of the company.
Q. Do you fertilize or use apply pesticides?
A. No, just basic cutting and trimming services
Q. Do you do landscaping?
A. No, this is a separate license and permit.
