With literally hundreds of competitors to choose from, we would like to explain to our future customers why our lawn care service is different from all the rest.

1. We answer our phones. We will always answer our phones unless we are helping someone else on the phone. If we are on the phone helping someone else, we will get back to you within 30 minutes. You will be greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional person on the phone.

2. No Contracts. We have never and will never make you sign and commit to a contract. We will have a verbal agreement and you may cancel at anytime.

3. Easy Billing. You pay by credit card as you go, cut by cut. We don't mail out bills or statements. It's pay as you go. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

4. Flexible Cutting Schedule. You can choose from weekly or bi-weekly. We offer monthly cuts during the dry season. We will agree on a schedule with you after seeing your property.

5. No cuts on Weekends. We only cut on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, with Thursdays and Fridays as back up days due to weather or unforeseen issues. You should be able to enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays without a lawn maintenance crew making a lot of noise around your house and catching you off-guard unexpectedly.

6. Licensed and Insured. Many of these guys around town do not have a license or liability insurance. What this means to you is if something on your property is damaged, you will be on the hook for the bill. Sure, they gave you a cheap price, but at what risk to you.

7. Experienced Crew. We have been in business since 2007. We are very experienced and will do a very professional job.

8. Owner Operators. You will only have the business owners and crew on your property doing your work. This means clear communication from customer to business owner. It also means the same trustworthy crew every time doing the work.

9. New Equipment. You won't have to worry about our equipment being out of service and a delay in your lawn care. We have new John Deere equipment under warranty with a loaner agreement from our dealer to provide us a loaner mower if ours has to be serviced for any reason. This will insure no interruption in your service and reliable, dependable equipment.

10. Leave Gates as we find them. If we find your gate closed or open, we will leave it as we find it. We understand your security and the safety of your pet is important, so we will leave your gate secure so your pet does not escape.

11. Fair Price for an Excellent job. We will give you a fair price. We will not be the cheapest, but we will not be the most expensive either. We have been around for many years, and will be around for many more. We hear it all the time, So and so lawn care stopped showing up and is not answering the phone and we paid them. Sure, you got a cheap price that was not reasonable or sustainable for that business, so now they are out of business and you're left with tall grass.
